GoToMeeting, GoToWebinar Service Disruption

On 8/11/2010 10:50AM – 8/11/2010 11:24:00AM Pacific Time we experienced a service disruption with our GoToWebinar, GoToMeeting, GoToTraining, and International services. During this time customers were unable to log in or start sessions. In flight sessions were not affected. This was the result of a server failing in one of our databases. The server was restarted and service was restored. We’re currently investigating our server start up requirements to avoid this type of disruption in the future. We apologize for the inconvenience this disruption may have caused.
